Membership options

***Membership - $120 per month

This gives you 4 CrossFit classes per week, plus all access to our private facebook group. There's a daily workout video demo for any days that you are unable to attend but want to participate at home.

***Limited membership (up to 2X per week) - $105 per month

This gives you 2 CrossFit classes per week, plus all access to our private facebook group. There's a daily workout video demo for any days that you are unable to attend but want to participate at home. If you're just starting out, or have a pretty full schedule already, this may be the option for you.

***Personal Training - $50 per session 

This is a 30 min. session that gives 1-on-1 access to work specifically on your needs. Different from the class model, the training will be designed for your personal needs and goals. 

***At-Home - $30 per month 

This gives you 5 CrossFit workouts per week, plus all access to our private facebook group. There's a daily workout video demo for movements, instructions on the format, scaling options based on fitness level and equipment variables. You'll be able to participate at home, and still have access to the Coach if you ever need additional instruction or advice and tips. 

***New Member PT

It is policy that all new class participants complete 4 PT sessions with the Coach to learn the 9 foundational movements (plus a few more), the basics of the CrossFit training philosophy, and some of the terminology used. This will make the integration into the small group class for fluid and less overwhelming. This is also recommended for those who choose the at-home membership as well so that you can be taught some of the proper techniques before you start trying things on your own.
