There is no doubt that this fictional character created by Sylvester Stallone has provided me with not only hours upon hours of movie entertainment, but also motivation. As many times as I've seen these movies I will always drop the remote when I stumble across one. The training scenes, the music, the differences in training styles between Rocky and his opponent usually are the subtlety that tells the real story. What is your "Rocky"? If you don't know, think about it and figure it out. Everybody needs to have that thing that inspires them. Use it when you feel your in a rut, unmotivated, lethargic. It doesn't even have to be a real, living, breathing thing. Rocky is a made up character and it works for me. Find yours so that when you need it, you can call on it to keep you going.
