Truth be told...

Over the course of this time of staying at home, working from home (if you're lucky enough to still be working), avoiding any type of social gatherings, etc. I have written here to stick with your "normal" routine as much as possible. I haven't done as well at this myself as I would have liked to. One big part of my daily routine is the podcasts that I listen to every morning. I have 3 that are dailys and I always listen to them in a specific order. Justin Su'a, Pastor Rick Warren, and Buster Olney's Baseball Tonight. I have listened to Justin's sporadically but usually getting 2 or 3 at a time because they're so short. I have listened to Pastor Rick a couple of times while in the car to run errands or pick up some take out. Because of the suspension of the baseball season I haven't given Buster's a listen in about 3 weeks. This weekend while we had some sunshine I was able to get out in the yard to do some work and put on the Baseball Tonight podcast. I went through about 4 episodes, then followed that up today with 3 more. It completely changed my mood. I felt better hearing the familiar voices and getting some stories about the game I'm such a big fan of. So in closing, I'd like to remind you to try and stick to your normal routine as much as possible because it will help you get through this pandemic. Now I actually know what I'm talking about, because it worked for me, and I'll be doing better to stick to my normal routine.
