One thing to consider in the concept of self improvement, is that it should never get easier. Our tagline here at CFSOS is "It's Supposed To Be Hard". That means even when you've made great improvements, if you're still trying to improve, it's still going to be hard. The hard never goes away even when your abilities and capacity to endure grow. You're now capable of more, so to improve you need to push a little harder, dig a little deeper, learn more, feel more, and ultimately, be more. If you ever feel as though you're no longer improving, do a quick honest self check of your effort. Have you been trying as hard as you were before or did you become somewhat complacent? Be honest with yourself because it will still be hard, because it's supposed to be hard.
