It's The First One
So I'm new to blogging, obviously since this is the first one, and I'm going to do my best to be consistent. My hope will be to share my insight on training, nutrition, health tips, CrossFit in general, getting older but still living actively etc. At this point I'm not even sure how frequently I'll be publishing a new blog. I'm just going to go for it and do the best I can. Feel free to reach out if you have a subject you would like me to write about and I'll be sure to give you my take on the subject.
