It's Supposed To Be Hard
Our tagline has a real meaning to it. It's not just some kind of macho lingo to create the image that we're some kind of bad asses who like to be in pain. What it means is that in order to create a change, you have to do what is outside of your normal. This applies not only to your gym training, but really anything in life. If you stay where you're comfortable, you can not advance forward. So, do the difficult things, be willing to struggle and even fail at times. Unless you die, and you probably won't, you'll get to try it again. Through struggle and determination you will eventually get over that hurdle, then you can try the next hard thing in front of you.
