***30 DAY AT HOME TRAINING PLAN***

Welcome to the at home workout page. This program is designed for you to try out some of the basic movements in our program, at a lower intensity, in the privacy of your own home. If you feel like a little apprehensive about trying CrossFit in the group setting, this is where you can start, get some basic movement patterns under your belt while beginning that transformation towards the new you that you're looking for.

 

You will be getting a daily video emailed with the workout, what the objective is for each workout, and some movement demonstrations as well. Most of these workouts will be with body weight only, but we will give you some options for added intensity through weights if you have access to some.
