All classes are instructed and monitored. There will be a general warm up programmed for everyone to complete. That will be followed by our core strength segment. This is a section of the class specifically designed towards strengthening the core muscle groups. Then the WOD (workout of the day) briefing where the coach goes over the specifics of the workout, and the intended stimulus effect. At this time you'll practice the movements and determine the proper variations/scaling needed to give you the best opportunity for success. During the WOD you will be monitored, coached, encouraged and pushed to perform at your maximum capacity. The scalability allows each athlete, regardless of fitness level, to maximize their performance everyday. Scaling is ALWAYS encouraged because doing the work right, is better than doing it heavier or faster incorrectly.

World-Class Fitness in 100 Words

"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports."
